Are estimates free?
Yes. Every job starts with a free estimate. Send a short description and a few photos, and we will tell you what the job involves before any work is scheduled.
Are you a licensed contractor?
No. Apex Trade Solutions is not a licensed contractor. We take on handyman work within Arizona's handyman exemption: smaller jobs under $1,000, including labor and materials, that do not need a permit.
What work do you not do?
We do not do electrical, plumbing, roofing, stucco, framing or landscaping work. If your list includes any of those, we will tell you up front so you can bring in the right licensed trade.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 2pm. Evening appointments are available on request.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. Text 480-717-9641 with the job, your city and a photo if you have one. We reply during business hours.
Which cities do you serve?
Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Glendale, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Avondale, Buckeye, Litchfield Park and Goodyear. If you are just outside these cities, ask.
Is Apex Trade Solutions woman-owned?
Yes. Apex Trade Solutions is woman-owned and veteran-owned. Owner Mireya Herrera is a veteran.
How soon can you come out?
It depends on the week. When you reach out, we offer the next open appointment windows and you pick the one that works. We do not promise a specific day until it is booked.
How long will my job take?
We give you a time estimate along with the price estimate. Some jobs reveal surprises once we start, like a hidden stud or a stripped screw, and we tell you right away if the plan changes.
Do I need to be home during the job?
For most jobs someone needs to let us in and confirm the details. For longer jobs, you can step out once we have walked through the plan together.
Do you buy the materials?
We can. Either you provide the parts, or we pick them up and include them in the estimate so you see the cost before work starts.
Do you clean up after the job?
Yes. We clean up dust, packaging and debris and put furniture back where we found it.
Do you work for landlords and property managers?
Yes. Turnovers are a good fit: patching walls, touch-up paint, small repairs and a move-out clean, often in one visit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Ask when you book and we will confirm the payment options for your job.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Tell us right away. We will come back and look at it with you and make it right if the work we did is the problem.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
We do not guess prices over the phone, because two jobs that sound alike can be very different. Photos help us give you an accurate free estimate faster.
